COOPER, James Cameron (Jimmy), 53 of Pompano Beach passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2013 after a valiant battle with cancer. Jimmy was born in New Rochelle, New York and moved to South Florida with his family at the age of five. He was predeceased by his father Jack and is survived by his wife Solange, daughters Jessica, Jamie and Caroline, mother Ann, brothers John, Kevin (Kathleen) and Wayne (Cecelia), sister Sandra Goodman (Eric), many nieces and nephews and countless close friends. Jimmy had a heart of gold and was a friend to everyone he met. He was very talented and blessed with the mechanical ability to create or repair anything. He was a successful general contractor in Broward County for many years. Jimmy's family and friends will remember him for his kindness, compassion and fun loving personality. He will be deeply missed. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 26th from 6-9 pm at KRAEER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTER. 200 N. Federal Hwy. Pompano Beach, Fl. 33062 (954) 941-4111. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said 11 am Wednesday, March 27th at St. Coleman Catholic Church in Pompano Beach.
