Jay Allen, 55, a resident of Pompano Beach and a respected Miami business owner, passed away on December 12, 2015. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and going to the beach. And he was a college football fan that was always hopeful the Gamecocks would win. Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his father; and is survived by his 2 daughters; son; 2 step-daughters; 11 grandchildren; mother; and 2 brothers.
