Possibly the last time I saw Joel he was with Carolhn and Wayne at Doctor Apton's farm in West Finley, PA. and a family reunion a number of years ago.  I feel bad that he became ill lie he did, getting the virus and passing away.  I know where he is!

Joel was my brother. He was a normal happy energetic boy when he was hit by a car just before he turned 5. He was never the same, had to learn how to do everything again. My mom cared for him until she passed in 2006. He moved into a group home and I lost touch with him. I will always remember my little buddy I lost when he was hit by that car and will always remember the person he became. He had a sense of humor even though he couldn’t talk much. He had a laugh that would end with him getting hiccups. He loved peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. He loved books. He loved church and loved God. He is no doubt in heaven. I am sad none of our family can travel to Florida during this pandemic time to be present when he is buried. Fly high Joel. You earned your wings. Love your sister Sharon
