Konnor Ryan Katzmark

Konnor was 22 years old, born on May 10, 1995 at Holy Cross Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale. Konnor is survived by his parents Al and Judy Katzmark, Aunt Elizabeth Fitzpatrick of Pompano Beach, Aunt Kathy Fitzpatrick of Dallas, Texas, Uncle Jim Fitzpatrick of Iowa, Aunt Patricia and Uncle Frank Lucia of New Jersey, Cousins, Frank Jr., Dawn and Samridi.

Konnor was actively involved in the Pompano Beach Jr. Life Guard Camp for many years beginning at age eight. Konnor competed and excelled in local, state and national competitions achieving many medals which led him to be chosen to join the USA World Life Guard Competition in Australia in 2012.

Konnor began his love of surfing at the age of five which led to the Eastern Surfing Association (ESA) where he competed and his passion for surfing continued.

Everyone who knew Konnor knew him to have a love for fishing, surfing, the beach, sunrises, sunsets his dogs Max and Holly (his "Little Nugget") and most of all his friends and family.

Konnors viewing will be held on Friday, June 30 at Kraeer Funeral Home, 200 N. Federal Highway. Pompano Beach 33062 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 1 at St. Coleman Catholic Church, 1200 N. Federal Hwy., Pompano Beach, 33062 at 10:00 AM. Pal-bearers will be "Konnor's Crew" Timmy Leichliter, Sean DeBeltrand, Hugo Aguilar, Zach Mueller, Grant Stewart and Fabrice Gutierrez
