Puchek, Michael N. age 22 passed away on June 17, 2012. He is survived by his parents, James and Betty Puchek; by sisters: Ruth (Leighton) Collins, Rebekah Puchek, Judy (John) Salzgeber, and Joanne Puchek; and by his brothers: David (Marion) Puchek and Joe Puchek.
