Nicole Marie Wheeler, 42, of Deerfield Beach, passed away after a brief illness on December 13, 2025. She was born in Guadeloupe on November 12, 1983, and grew up in Deerfield Beach. Nicole graduated from Deerfield Beach High School and studied at Palm Beach State College and Broward College. While most of Nicole's career was in the hospitality industry, she also worked as a nanny and the office manager for several local businesses. She enjoyed fishing, playing card games with friends and family, listening to true crime podcasts, reading interesting books, caring for her plants, playing with her Dogs, Brodie (deceased) and Dolly. Nicole was preceded in death by her devoted father, Doug Wheeler, and she is survived by her caring mother, Marie Janet Wheeler; the love of her life, Dylan Dellinger; her godparents, Sam & MJ Chaney; her godsister, Kim Cook; and countless friends and loved ones. A memorial service in Nicole's honor will be held at 11:00 am on January 15, 2026 at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery - 200 W. Copans Road, Pompano Beach, Florida 33064. After the service, friends and family will be invited to a light lunch to share memories and stories of Nicole.
