Raised and educated in New York, Olga built a successful career as an executive secretary for a paper company, where she worked diligently for many years. Known for her strong work ethic and dedication, she earned the respect and admiration of her colleagues before retiring to Florida to enjoy a new chapter of life.
In Florida, Olga embraced retirement with her signature energy and spirit. She found joy in her family, conversations with friends, and her love of sharing stories and gossip that always brought laughter to those around her. “Big O” was kind hearted, witty, and full of life—qualities that made her a cherished presence to everyone who knew her.
Olga is survived by her two sons, Richard and his wife Lynn, and Stephen Bon. She was a proud and loving grandmother and great grandmother to Tiffany and Stephen Petzinger with children Bennett, Cameron, and Finley; Houston Hodges and Brittany Bon; Staci and Casey Sherman with children Piper, Tully, and Andie; and Alex and CJ Bon with children Gianna and Milo. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she delighted in celebrating every milestone in their lives.
Olga’s memory will live on through the countless moments she shared with her family and friends. She will be remembered as an amazing woman whose warmth, humor, and love of togetherness left a lasting impact on all who were fortunate enough to know her.
