Patricia Catherine Pokorny

Patricia Catherine Pokorny, born in Brooklyn, NY on April 20, 1936 to William Diamond and Loretta Marshall and was sister of Barbara Snyder, passed away peacefully on January 27,2016. She was a loving, caring Mother, Grandmother (Nana) Great Grandmother and Aunt. She was the most giving, nurturing, creative, cheerful and strong person that always put family first. She leaves behind son William Pokorny, daughters Wanda Chouinard and Michele Delegal, Grandchildren, Brian Chouinard, Kyle Chouinard, Tyler Chouinard and Dakota Delegal. Great Grandchild Ayden Michael Conner Chouinard. Nieces Kathy Snyder and Karen Diaz. She will truly be missed, never forgotten and always in our hearts and memories! A Memorial Service will be held at Shepherd of the Coast Lutheran Church 1901 E Commercial Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 February 27th at 11:00 AM
