

Raymond A. DeMeo, of Coconut Creek, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2026, at the age of 89. Born in New York City on September 22, 1936, he was the beloved son of Mary and Gaetano DeMeo. Ray was preceded in death by his cherished wife, Rosalie DeMeo, with whom he shared many loving years and raised their family in Paramus, New Jersey. Together, they built a life centered on family, hard work, and values.
Ray is survived by his longtime partner, Vicki Lipkowitz; his daughter, Julie DeMeo Martin, and her fiancé, Mike Mohrhusen; his son, Raymond DeMeo, and his wife, Pegi DeMeo; and his treasured grandchildren, Deanna Martin, Jared DeMeo, and Kayla DeMeo, who brought him great pride and joy.
Ray lived life with enthusiasm, always adding a touch of humor in his interactions with others. He enjoyed staying active, line dancing, playing MahJongg and Euchre, and spending time with family and friends. Known for his warmth and kindness, Ray had a way of making people feel welcome and appreciated. He embraced each day fully and lived life on his own terms, remaining active and engaged right up until the end. His love for his family, his easy smile, and his zest for life will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him.
