Susie was a wonderful girl. We went to high school together and rode the same school bus. I'll always remember her beautiful eyes.

It's a devastating time when someone so amazing as Susie is no longer with us in this physical world. I will miss her laugh, her sarcasm and her ability to make anybody smile on their worst day! I have no doubt that, because she made such an impact on so many people, that she is always going to be around us, watching over us and making sure we are doing the right thing. I love and miss her deeply. I pray for her family to find the strength to get through this difficult time. She will be in our hearts forever & ever.

It's been a very long time since I've seen or talked with Susie, but her sparkling eyes and upbeat spirit no doubt stayed with her from our days together at Bangor High School and our college years. When I transferred to Bangor as a sophomore, Susie was one of the first classmates I got to know (we were both in the French section). I will admit I had an immediate crush on her. Who wouldn't? All through HS and into college and beyond, we stayed great friends. Over the decades, we lost touch as will happen, but when I heard about her passing my immediate thoughts went back to the great times spent with Susie and friends when we were all so much younger than today. I am sure I speak for many of her friends and classmates from those days. Susie was one of the best, unique. A more positive person would be hard to find. I may have not known her of late, but that doesn't diminish my memories of sharing life with her one bit. My condolences to her family and also to those friends close to her who no doubt feel the way I did when I heard of her sudden passing.
