Our condolences to Gene's family. We are saddened to learn of Gene's passing. We have fond memories of our visits with Gene in Florida and in Virginia. Gene was a kind man, with an easy smile and laugh. God bless.

To the family of Gene Hardin.  A better man/friend you will never meet or find.  I met Gene at Golf Pac in February of 2001 and was immediately impressed with his smile and his caring for life.  It was my pleasure to have known this man and I will always remember him.

It was a great honor to share the same birthday with you.  We had many happy times together.  Will never forget going to Mom's for a KY family feast & sitting out in the back yard sharing old stories & "some tales" together.  I know Heaven will never be the same with you joining that crowd.  We love you & I will miss you.

I'm so saddened by this great loss.  Because of you, Gene, I have a bright shining light in my life.  That light is your beautiful daughter, Linda.  She is one of your greatest gifts in life & has been my best friend, sister & support through thick & thin for 40 years.  You were an amazing man & father.  I have so many fond memories of you & your children.  You were such a kind, loving soul.  You will be greatly missed.

Hearing about your loss has deeply saddened us. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to the entire family.

A good man and part of our family, Gene will always be fondly remembered. During the later years we shared many stories about his family in Kentucky, love of his children, working years, country food, golf and for me, of course, fishing. He loved a good fish story! We will miss you, Gene, but our memories will keep you with Kathy and I.
