Hey Todd, you have been so heavy on my mind the last couple of days.  I am learning that grief comes in waves and time between loss doesn’t always make the grief less.  Our family has to deal with the loss of you and Boo right on top of each other…no family should have to experience that.  I won’t lie, I disagreed with how you lived your life and sometimes I get angry and feel you chose that lifestyle over your family.  Then I remember you like this, in this picture and my heart breaks and i want you back to hear your crazy laugh and joke around with you.  Boy you could be as much of a brat as you could be fun and I know we battled but we had some good times too didn’t we?  Some of my fondest memories growing up are doing silly things with you; rollercoasters, skateboarding, swimming, fishing, bike riding.  I do my best to hang on to those memories and not the ones from the last years before we lost you.  I hope there is a place where we will meet again and we can just hug and say we are sorry and that we love each other.  Forever your sister, Kel

Todd played khoury league with my son John Grieshaber, perhaps now they are playing ball in Heaven.  Pat I sure do send you my condolences and pray you are doing well.  What has helped me is knowing John is already where I will be for eternity.

Happy New Year Babe! I wonder if they have celebrations in heaven. If they do ......I know you are there with Boo, Jim and your dad.  You guys are probably fishing in the boat in the middle of pure peacefulness and beauty. Catching the biggest fish you have ever caught. I love you more than words can say. Well babe, it's been 3 months since you have been gone. I miss you so much. It's hard to describe. I knew there was pain in this world but this pain hurts differently. It's like your heart is being ripped out over and over. I just want you back so bad. 😭I imagine you standing next to me feeding the turtles and yes your snakeheads eat everything!  And when they make the loud sound when they hit the food. I just smile because of you. I can see you get all excited about and then run in to get your fishing pole to catch them. Lol! Dear Todd, we celebrated you last night.  We all agree it would be a send off you would have loved baby brother.  We shared funny stories about you, played some of your favorite music and ate one of your favorite meals.  We even sent up some doves for you, against Boo’s wishes! (You know how he is about wildlife!) I wonder if you were up there listening and saying “Dude, don’t tell that story!” We honored you, we laughed and we cried.  We had Michelle with us, you would be proud…she is doing everything to take care of herself all while grieving the loss of you.   Our only hope is that you know we loved you and that you are at peace.  Still missing you, your family

To the entire Brogdon family…. I have struggled with what to say and/or write.... I send y'all my deepest and most heartfelt condolences and sympathies… Todd was my “brother” for about 12 years, I have many fond memories of family gatherings, birthdays and the like. One memory that stands out was in Jackson, out on a hike and we accidentally took the wrong turn and ended up on the horse trail.  The views were stunning but the terrain was definitely not for humans, at least not for us flat landers! It was Todd that kept us focused on putting one foot in front of the other and managed to get us safely back on solid footing. And how cool it was when he found the bear den! Many good times over the years. 
I can’t imagine the hole left in your hearts with his absence and I hope your memories of him will bring you peace and comfort.

Todd, I still can't believe your gone. It don't seem real. It's hard for all of us. We love you & miss you very very much. If you could've lived on the water and fished everyday you would've. Though I never had the privilege of meeting Todd, his presence is deeply felt through the stories and love shared by those who knew him best. Todd was a person of strength, and kindness. My family  speaks of the joy he brought to their lives. The love Todd shared with my family and Michelle has left an indelible mark. 
His memory continues to remind us to be kind, and to cherish every moment we have with each other. 
I feel blessed to be part of a family that carries forward his spirit. We are eternally grateful for the time he shared with us and for his love. Rest in peace Todd. Your memory will forever live on in our hearts.

Our condolences to the entire Brogden family.  My wife and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy on Todd’s passing. 
We first met Todd and his high school years when he came to our house in Margate to see our son Sean. During those years, it was Grand Central for Sean and all of his friends. 
The boys shot some pool talked NASCAR lifted some weights and looked at wall mirror we had and of course drank some of that invisible beer that grown-ups could never see. We knew Todd was a special person from the beginning. He had a tough spirit and a respectful attitude. 
We enjoyed those boys over the years and loved every one of them. Todd and Sean grow closer through the years and created a bond that will never end. 
There are things that friends can do for each other that parents just can’t do.
Thank you Todd. 
We will forever have Todd in our hearts!

I never imagined I would lose you so soon. I always wished we could one day celebrate our birthdays together again like we used to. Every celebration with you was exciting and you always made sure I was laughing. You even treated my best friend Camryn like she was your niece by not excluding her with the chaos of our family by chasing us with a frog you had found. You were a free spirit and now that you are no longer with us, I see that life is short and to make sure to not let any time go to waste. You never did that’s for sure. Todd was one of my best friends he used to call me little  buddy like the skipper did on Gilligan's Island lol and I believe he had something to do with my nickname 
" Grover " Todd had a lot of friends  Larry and Donny the twins Timmy May, Eric Hauer  Sasha , Gilbert, Stan Eberling and  Sticky man some of the best memories just great times. To his family His mom Pat was like a second mom to me she put up with more than she had  to thats for sure. Pat,Boo,Terry and Kelly my heart goes out to you im so sorry for this great loss Pat Todd loved you to death and I Know he wanted to be just like his big brother Boo he really looked up to you Boo that's what I know he loved all of you guys 
 I must say myself and Todd and Sean McDade  had some of the best times most of the time we shared somehow always turned into some crazy story but would end up being some of  the greatest adventures a kid could ever hope for I will miss you everyday from here on out old friend  and wish we had gotten to have one last hoorah before you left so wherever you are just keep em cold for  the gang we will be with you again one day I love you buddy and Todd my brother thank you for being in my life ,

Fearless, since the day you were born, you were fearless. Always ready to jump into the pool, out of a tree, over ramps with a bicycle, ride a wave or skateboard. You were fearless. From fishing in bad weather at Lake Okeechobee, or in rough seas, you were fearless. Always out in front to prove to your brothers and sister you were fearless. You lived your life your way! I will cherish every memory of you in our family outings and get togethers. You will always be my little brother, you will always have my love. Surf, fish, bike, and skateboard to your hearts, content, that’s who you are. That’s how I will always remember you! You are truly loved! On that final day, once again, you had that fearless look about you, ready for your next pool, tree, ramp, or wave!

I feel a sadness in my soul for the way we lost you. You are the youngest and this should not have happened.  When we doubt our beliefs in a higher power, it's times like this, like losing you, we are reminded that someone else is in control.   I have a broken heart over our difficulties these last few years.  I love you and have been reflecting on so many amazing, fun memories of us and it's these memories I chose to hold close to me.  Todd, I envied your lack of fear of all things and was in awe of how you just took the bull by the horns and ran while the rest of us held back closer to security. Nothing seemed to scare you.  I have to believe you are in a better place...a place with no hate, anger or sadness and that a strong peace has taken hold of you.  Terry reminded me how much you loved the song "Free Bird" so before I sign off, I just want to tell you to "be free as a bird now, as we knew this bird would never change".  You will forever stay in my heart baby brother.

My Dear Son, 
I have been struggling to write on your memorial page so please forgive me but every time I start, I get overwhelmed with grief.   My heart is breaking. You were not supposed to leave us this way.  A parent is never supposed to lose a child.   There are so many memories I reflect back on.  You were my baby of four and from a young age you wanted to do things your way and had a mind of your own along with a very strong will, but life was never boring with you around!  My baby boy, rest in peace and know that I will miss you each and every day and I will keep the memory of you deep in my heart.  I will look at your photos and remember the wonderful times.  Until we meet again Honey, your mom misses you so.

I married Todd's big sister, Kel.  From the 1st day and on every day, he treated me as family. Every time together was an opportunity to laugh at life and especially at ourselves.  

More importantly, Todd cared deeply for my daughter/his niece, Caylie. They shared birthday celebrations and developed a special relationship. I have pleasant memories of them opening their gifts together and quietly sharing those moments.

I am grateful for having known Todd and will not forget him.

Little brother, you were a handful from day one always swimming against the current.  I will forever cherish our family time, fishing and camping together, watching Nascar races and working side by side with you.  Life may have taken us in different directions these last few years but that will never change the love I have for you.  You were a beautiful kid and I will always love you, Todd. To My Dear Florida Family,

The Lee family is sending hugs, love and prayers for comfort during this time.  I have so many wonderful memories as a teenager growing up and spending summers with your family.  Todd hung right in there with all of us teenagers and that couldn't have been easy!  He was always tagging along and so kind to me.  I can remember after we were all older and going different directions in life, if I called the house to talk to his mom and he answered, he would always talk to me for a minute, ask how I was doing and catch up - always kind.
