We knew Victor for many years in Miss Phoebe, Port Mourant, and Florida.  He was a role model for many because of his educational accomplishments, writer for the Berbice Times, and  Administrator for Port Mourant and a few other local hospitals. He was a very kind person and was always willing to help his friends and family. 
Our deepest sympathies his siblings and to rest of the Jadoo family.
