Victor was born May 23, 1994 in Huetamo, Michoacan, Mexico. He is the oldest son of Jose Mondragon and Dominga Hernandez.
Victor came to the United States when he was one year old. He took advantage of the opportunities this country had to offer. He graduated from Coconut Creek High school and got his Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience from Florida Atlantic University.
He had a passion for soccer, he was in many soccer teams and his favorite position was goalie. Victor loved the Mexican Culture and music. He would dress up in somberos and boots and go to Mexican dances. He participated in many quinceanera's where he made a lot of friends. He was working with American Ambulance for a few years and his next step was to go to medical school until fall of 2019, he was diagnosed with cancer and fought a hard battle until May 25, 2020.
Surviving Victor are his two brothers, Daniel and Alex; His mom Dominga, his dad Jose and his dog Perrito.
He will be missed by us all.
