

Walter G. Pasko age 70, died peacefully on Friday August 18, 2017 at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is survived by his fiancée Rachelle Faul, his sister and brother-in-law Joanne and Ron Sanna and his step-daughter and son-in-law Julie and Bob Brinkman, and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Walter E. Pasko and Rita F. Morissey Pasko. He was born in Brooklyn New York. The family moved to Wharton, New Jersey where he attended elementary and high school. After high school he joined the Air Force where he trained to be a communication equipment repairman. He served in Vietnam and was Honorably Discharged in June of 1971. He worked in computer programming, development and maintenance thru- out his career with Burroughs Corp, Harris Corp, SEC and Encore. He rose to Corporate Manager and worked with flight simulators for the military and NASA shuttles. He also had his own business – P. C. Enterprises for many years.
He enjoyed 32 years of sobriety, many of them riding with a sober motorcycle club. He trained in blacksmithing with the John C. Campbell Folk School for several years and had a continuing interest in the craft. He was also an avid shooter and enjoyed firearms from a young age. He traveled extensively world-wide with work and thru much of the United States on motorcycle.
Walter’s funeral will take place Saturday August 26 at Kraeer Funeral Home at 200 N. Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, Florida. Visitation is from 10:30am to 12:30pm. The Funeral service will follow at 12:30pm presided by Father Anthony Mulderry from Saint Gabriel’s Catholic Church. Burial will be Monday August 28 at 1:45pm at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 St Rd 7 Lake Worth, Florida. Walter supported the Salvation Army for many years, please make any donations you wish to your local charities.

As manager of Professional Services I am responsible for the
management of a department of 20 people world wide. The duties
include the management and direct technical involvement with the
selling, evaluating, proposing and executing of the projects and
programs bid by the group. This can range from a simple upgrade to a
complex multi-year application project. I am also responsible for
generating product offerings which can be delivered by field personnel
and easily sold by field sales personnel. To date I have been able to
generate about 350 Professional Service products with model
numbers. These products and projects provide substantial independent
revenue and mainline product drag. All of the Fortune 500 integrators
and many commercial names such as Sherwin Williams are satisfied
Encore Professional Services customers.

strategy, customer satisfaction, and sales assistance.

provided all support for a prestigious technical account - Bell Labs.
During this period at Bell Labs I helped in porting UNIX and services to
