West, William Perrin age 61 of Fort Lauderdale, FL passed away on December 31st, 2012. Born in Fort Lauderdale, William was the fourth student to enroll in the Sundial School for the Retarded which was started by his mother, Grayce Perrin West. He is survived by his devoted sister, Patricia West; by nephews: Everest (Cappy) Blackard and Jonathan Douglas West; and by his faithful friend, Smokey. No services are planned.
