Annette Stegall Gober, went home to be with her Lord on April 3, 2019 at NMMC Gilmore Memorial Hospital in Amory, MS. She was born August 16, 1937 to Jerry Stegall and Mildred Sewell Stegall. Annette married Everett Gober on October 15, 1956. She lived in Cincinnati, OH, for more than 20 years before retiring to her home town of Pontotoc, where she became a faithful member of Victory Baptist Church. She loved her God, church, family and friends and will always be remembered for her kind and generous nature.
Services will be at 12 noon, Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Browning Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phillip Jackson officiating; burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her sisters, Martha Jo Huffman (Robert) of Hamilton, AL and Elaine Edwards (Billy Fred) and Brenda Newell, both of Pontotoc, MS; and an especially supportive and devoted nephew, Butch Stegall along with an additional host of loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother, Bobby Dean Stegall (Dottie).
Pallbearers will be Denver Russell, Butch Stegall, Mark Huffman, Jeffery Grant, Bill Edwards and Stephen Newell.
Visitation will be from 10 AM to 12 Noon Saturday, at the funeral home.
