Bessie Lacey Nolin, age 93, passed away at Baptist Memorial Hospital in New Albany. She was born April 11, 1924 to George Nolin and Savanah Cagle Nolin. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Springville, AL. She was retired from Ram Golf/Taylor Made. She enjoyed crocheting.
Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Red Hill Baptist Church in Springville, AL; burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Ed Nolin and Bill Nolin, and five sisters, Nell Tolbert, Ethel McClendon, Nokie Buckner, Melissa Nolin and Amalee Walls.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM Friday at Browning Funeral Home and on Saturday at Red Hill Baptist Church from 1 to 2 PM.
