Betty Jo Stegall

Betty Jo Stegall, age 68, died Friday, December 11, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Union County. She was born March 2, 1947 to David Wilson Moseley and Mary Louise Peden Moseley. She was a member of Woodland Baptist Church and retired from Lane Furniture. She enjoyed collecting jewelry and antiques, attending auctions and yard sales, reading and spending time with her family.

Services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, December 14, 2015 at Browning Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnathan Baker officiating; burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her two sons: David Len Stegall and wife Amanda of Saltillo, MS and John Thomas Stegall and wife Tiffany of Pontotoc, MS; two sisters: Nelda Kay Anderson of Okolona, MS and Frances Louise Moseley of Ridgeland, MS; and four grandchildren: Zachary Tyler Stegall, Kyle Brandon Stegall, Audrey Grace Stegall and Sophie Claire Stegall.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband: Lenard Dorsey Stegall.

Pallbearers will be: Chris Bailey, Mike Bailey, Mike Aston, Garland Anderson, Zachary Stegall and Matt Bailey. Honorary Pallbearer will be Kyle Stegall.

Visitation will be from Sunday from 3 to 6 PM and on Monday from 1 to 2 PM at the funeral home.
