Billy Neal was a good man and he will be missed by his family and his community. My prayers and condolences are with his family. I lived across Macedonia Road from Billy Neal and Sheila for several years when we were growing up. We and children of the other Simmons families who lived nearby had the environment that allowed us to enjoy our childhood--even though we sometimes had to pick and chop cotton. Billy Neal lived the good life. We know he has gone to a better place. Love to all of the family and his friends.
