Mary Edith Davis

Mary Edith Caldwell Davis, age 93, passed away peacefully Sunday November 23, 2025, at the North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice Unit in Tupelo Mississippi. She was born September 4, 1932 to the late Walter and Betty Caldwell. Mary retired from John Deere Corporation In Memphis Tennessee and moved to Pontotoc Mississippi.

Survivors include her sister; Joan Harrison of Pontotoc. One Brother; Jimmy Caldwell (Linda) of Corinth. As well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Her husband, Owen Davis; her sister, Francis Kothe; and four brothers Wayne, JW, Gene, and Thomas Caldwell.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Lee, Jack McQuary, Tim Forman, Ryan Moorman and Landon Caldwell.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, November 26 from 2-3pm at West Heights Baptist Church. The funeral will begin at 3pm with Rev. David Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow at West Heights cemetery.
