

Richard Lee Bramlett, age 77, died Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. He had been residing at Rosewood Assisted Living in Tupelo for several years. He was retired from Richard’s-Comfort Care in Pontotoc. He was a member and former deacon of New Hope Baptist Church and a 50 year member of the Pontotoc Masonic Lodge #81. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, reading his Bible, playing bingo, playing cards and telling stories.
Services will be at 1:00 PM Monday, October 12, 2015 at Browning Funeral Home Chapel in Pontotoc with Rev. Steve Quarles officiating; burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his three daughters: Patricia Lindsay (Lawrence) of Pontotoc, MS, Beckie Stewart (Don Kelly, Jr.)of Tupelo, and Lesa Henton ( Bill) of Pontotoc; five sisters: Ethelene Goggins (Winfred), Joyce Stubblefield (Paul), Doris Russell (John), Sandra Austin (Jerry) and Seretha Gregory (Curtis); seven Grandchildren: Rusty Parks (Tomie), Don Kelly Stewart III (Haley), Jordan Stewart (Brandi), K.K. Stewart, Grant Stewart , Hanna Stewart and Jack Henton; four Great Grandchildren: Marshall Parks, Elly Stewart, Sadie Stewart, and Liza Stewart.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Owen Neal Bramlitt and Carrie Sue Pannell Bramlitt; a brother: Leonard Bramlitt; a son: Jeffery Richard Bramlett and two Great Grandsons: Hunter and Tanner Parks.
