Alan Fairchild

Alan was born September 23, 1948 in Seminary, Mississippi. He was the owner of Fairchild Sales and Services in Poplarville ; a United States Army Veteran; and a member of Sherrard Byrd Masonic Lodge.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles William Fairchild and Eunice Marie Moore-Fairchild; and one brother, Ernie Fairchild.

Family members include his wife of 52 years, Peggy Fairchild; one daughter, Qualynn Fairchild; one grandson, Lane Allen (Paige) Price; one great grandson, Hagen Lane Price; two brothers, Hulon (Lisa) Fairchild, Johnny Fairchild; and one sister, Yana (Gary) Smith; a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at White Funeral Home (315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville, MS, 39470) on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow in New Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends and have visitation from 12:00 pm until services, Tuesday at the funeral home.
