Anna Mary Anderson

Born January 12, 1935 in Poplarville, Mississippi to John L and Ruth L Starkey, Sr. She was a library assistant at Poplarville High school, a Christian, and a faithful member of First Baptist Church for over 60 years.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Glen Anderson, one son, John Michael Anderson, her brother and his wife, John L and Ruth Starkey, Jr, and her niece, Jo Ann Strahan.

Family members include her two sons, David (Peggy) Anderson of Midland, TX, Tim (Susan) Anderson of Poplarville, MS; her daughter-in-law, Lynn Anderson; seven grandchildren, Kellie (Phillip) Schaefer, Jeremy, Amy (Nathan) Alfonso, Joseph (Rosemary), Jonathan, Tyler (Lindsey) and Aaron (Emily); four great grandchildren, Henley Kate, Marceline, Avah, Sailor; one niece, Lyn (Tab) Seals; two great nieces, Shay Ann and Kyley.

Services will be held at White Funeral Home, 315 Hwy 11 S, Poplarville, MS, 39470 on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in Poplarville City Cemetery. Visiting two hours prior to the service, Wednesday at the funeral home.

Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
