Barbara Wells Burge

Funeral services will be at WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville, MS, 39470 on Friday, July 22, 2016 at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends and have visitation from 10:00 am until services, Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Burge was born May 17, 1951 in Poplarville to Clyde Wells and Doris Sykes Wells. She was the owner of C & W Lawn Care and retired from Pearl River County as a Deputy Chancery Clerk. She was Baptist by faith. She was a devoted daughter to her mother Doris and a devoted wife to her husband William Earl.

She is preceded in death by her father, Clyde Wells; her husband William Earl Burge; one brother, Kenneth Ray Wells; and one sister-in-law, Ina Whitfield Wells.

Family members include her son Chad Burge and his wife Amber; two grandchildren, Kailee and Kinlee; her mother, Doris Wells; one brother, Ricky Wells and his wife, Cindy; one niece, Nicole Oeser and her husband Brett; three nephews, Benjie Wells and his wife Lynn, Dusty Wells and his wife Madisen, Daniel Wells; her brother-in-law, Donald Burge; and a host of extended family.
