Carson C. Rawls

Memorial services will be at WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Jerry Morris will officiate at the service. The family will receive friends and have visitation one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Rawls was born September 17, 1950 in Lumberton to Virgil Rawls and Myrtle Smith Rawls. He was an owner-operator truck driver of C & M Transport. He was a retired computer programmer with Solar Industries in Taylorsville and Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula. He was an alumnus of The College of The South; Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College; and Jones County Community College.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Rita Hayes.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Lee-Rawls; two children, Joseph Lee, Donna Lee; five siblings, Sandra Morris (Jerry), Betty Percle, Denise Watters (David), Wesly Rawls (Marlene), Bobby Rawls; and two grandchildren.
