Charles Edward Rogers Jr.

Charles was born January 10, 1968 in Poplarville, Mississippi to Juanita Odom Rogers and Charles Edward Rogers. He was a truck driver by trade and watched his son's follow in his footsteps. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with his precious granddaughter, Kaizlee.

Charles is survived by; son Jon Edward Rogers; and son Austin (Kristan) Rogers; brother Stephen (Leigh) Rogers, sister Susan (Jessie) Hicks and sister Tammy Stockstill; granddaughter Kaizlee Rogers.

Charles was preceded in death by his wife Erma Lynn Rogers; father Charles Edward Rogers and mother Juanita Odom Rogers; sister Connie Denise Strickland.

Funeral services will be held at Crane Creek Baptist Church, 30040 Crane Creek Rd, Perkinston, MS, 39573 on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Jeff Easterling will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends and have visitation from 12:00 pm until services, Saturday at the church.

Serving as pallbearers are Shane Britt, Phillip Hunnicutt, Dennis Preston, Wayne Odom, Al Cooley, Jamie Jarrell and Scotty Boyte.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Charles' memory may be made to his family to assist with funeral expenses.
