Deven Marie Dunn

Deven Marie Dunn, 38, of Hammond, entered into her eternal life on September 19, 2020. Deven was a hard-working, free-spirited woman with a heart of gold. Her faith in God was strong and she loved to remind everyone just how very blessed that she was. She appreciated the simple things in life. She enjoyed time spent with loved ones, laughing ‘till she cried, and listening to music so loud it would blow the speakers. While her life was cut way too short, it can be said without a doubt that her life was lived to the fullest.

Deven is survived by her parents, Thomas (Thanh) Dunn and Julie Hebert (Rickey) Aucoin; Her cherished son, Dominik Dunn and girlfriend Adelaide; Her adoring siblings, Spree Dunn, Crystal Dunn, Aaron “Bubba” Dill, Roddy Martin, Heather Aucoin, Tyler Trosclair, Cody Trosclair, and Eddie Trosclair; Her beloved nieces Sydney Dunn (God-daughter) and Savannah “Sasha” Renard. Deven aka "Taunt" will be sorely missed by her babies: beloved nephew, Rylan “Ry-Guy” Rodriguez; great-niece, Aveaah Britton, and great-nephew, Nolan Britton. Deven also leaves behind her loving Godmother, Antoinette St. Pierre, as well as a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, homies, and friends. A celebration of Deven’s life will be announced at a later date.

A memorial service for Deven will be held at Church International (13423 LA-431, St. Amant, LA, 70774) on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends and have visitation one hour prior to the service.
