Mrs. Clugh was born October 3, 1943 to Otis and Muriel Smith. She was a retired nurse's assistanct and an Armed Forces veteran.
In additon to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Frank B. Clugh; one son, James F. Clugh.
Family members include two daughters, Beverly M. Gay, Kimberly Steele; one brother, John "Fred" Smith; one sister, Etha M. "Doodle" Smith; six grandchildren, Ashley Perez, Joshua Newell, Hannah Clugh, Bryce Clugh, Lynsey Jones, Kaitlen Steele; two great-grandchildren, Landen Perez and Preston Jones.
