Services will be at Oak Hill Pentecostal Church on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 1:00 pm. Rev. Larry Head will officiate at the service. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Friday at White Funeral Home, Poplarville.

Ms. Dixon was born August 23, 1923 in Poplarville to Martin Hartfield, Sr. and Velma Holston Hartfield-Cameron. She was retired from Movie Star, Incorporated and a member of Oak Hill Pentecostal Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one daughter, Deborah McAndrews Deese; two sisters, Dorothy Barbaro, Irma Jean Ward; one brother, Oscar Hartfield, Sr.; one grandson, Eric Ray Fore; and one son-in-law, Danny Ray Fore.

Family members include one daughter, Ernestine "Tina" Spiers Fore; four brothers, Martin Hartfield, Jr., Harold (Vera) Hartfield, Freddie Hartfield, Haschal Hartfield; three sisters, Virginia Wagnon Keyes, Linda (Buddy) Hartfield, Verna (Vic) Haik; five granddaughters, Tonia Lynette Pope, Tina Marie Jarrett, Duchess Lynn Ducote, Margaret Modessa Enwright, Yvette Fore; eight great-grandchildren, Macey Lynn Pope, Wade Allen Pope, Amber Williams, Jonathan Michael Jarrett, Bradley Wayne Jarrett, Trina Ellen Jarrett, David Lee Enwright, James Allan Enwright; and one son-in-law, Wayne Allen Deese.
