Geraldine "Gerri" St. Pelcovich

Geraldine "Gerri" St. Pelcovich, age 84, of Poplarville, Mississippi passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church for 23 years. She enjoyed having lunch and fellowship once a month with the church ladies. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary and ran the bereavement program at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Gerri was very involved in her community where she ran the food pantry for Brother's Keepers and after Hurricane Katrina she donated food from the food pantry to help the Poplarville community. She also helped the community with getting food stamps after the hurricane. Gerri was apart of Santa's Helpers, giving toys to the children of Poplarville. She loved helping people of the community and was a very giving person. Gerri and her husband Sunny enjoyed to travel, they went on 17 cruises and loved sightseeing. Gerri loved her family and spending time with them. She enjoyed having crawfish boils on the lake. She was the best mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Gerri will be missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Bertrand R. "Sunny" St. Pelcovich; parents, Laurin and Irene St. Pe; one daughter, Kim Falgout (Kreg); one sister, Olga Deblis and one brother, Larry St. Pe.

Left to forever cherish Gerri's memory are her two daughters, Cherie Kelley (the late Brian) and Michelle Sepulvado (Joe); seven grandchildren, Jack Joseph Kelley (Valery), Gabrielle Kelley, Tarah Compton (Calvin), Monique Falgout-Rodriguez (Bobby), Kali Falgout, Joey Sepulvado and Angel Sepulvado; 10 great-grandchildren, Nicholas Miller (Hannah), La'Marcus Compton, Alyssa Cherie Williams, Remy Book Rodriguez, Kellan Reid, Kailan Evertt, Kalani Emerie Snow, Luke McCullough, Noah McCullough and Marley McCullough; one twin brother, Jerry St. Pe (Joanne); three nieces, Sheryl Labarriere (the late Michael), Prudence Graham and Deborah Blackwell (Bobby); one nephew, Laurin St. Pe (Amy); six great-nieces, Natasha Labarrier Mueller (Carlton), Danielle Claire Blackwell, Paisley Graham Martin (Keith), Ella St. Pe, Caroline St. Pe and Abby St. Pe; three great-nephews, Brandon Blackwell, Hanson and Bobby Paul Labarriere and two best friends, Lois Back Foster and Shirley "Millie" Gaudarian.

Family and friends are invited to attend Gerri's Funeral Mass on Friday, September 20, 2024 for 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 12 Bilbo Hill Drive, Poplarville, Mississippi. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am.
