Ms. Parker was a homemaker, seamstress, and caregiver to her family.
Aunt Hake will be sorely missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Addison and Barbara Ann King Parker; four sisters, Marie Saucier, Pauline Stafford, Evelyn Parker, and Cynthia Eretta Varnado.
Survivors include a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Friends are invited to attend her funeral ceremony at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Steep Hollow Baptist Church, 2336 Highway 53, Poplarville, MS 39470 with interment following in the Smith (Old Steephollow) Cemetery. The family will receive friends and have visitation from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
