Jania Christine Odom

Ms. Odom was born April 11, 1973 in Poplarville, Mississippi. She was a member of East Pearl Baptist Church; a caregiver; and was passionate about children's ministry.

She will be sorely missed.

Jania is preceded in death by her parents, Norman S. Odom and Odell Ladner Odom.

Family members include her fiance, Ben Bedwell; one sister, Charlotte Reid and her husband Mike; two nieces, Rachel Hotard and her husband David, Danielle Reid; one nephew, Joshua Reid and his wife Gabrielle; and one great nephew, Elijah Reid.

A visitation for Jania will be held Friday, July 16, 2021 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at East Pearl Baptist Church, 1042 Old Wiggins Highway, Poplarville, Mississippi, followed by a funeral ceremony at 3:30 PM.
