Keith Knight, 53, passed on Saturday, July 4, 2026. Keith was one of a kind. He loved telling stories—always his way, even if it wasn't quite the way everyone else remembered them. His stories, humor, and laughter brought smiles to those around him.
Keith loved driving big trucks and took pride in his work. He worked for Tanner Equipment, where he was always willing to lend a hand and worked alongside Tyler and Chad Smith. He believed in helping others and never hesitated to be there when someone needed him.
One of Keith's favorite pastimes was arrowhead hunting—or as many knew it, "rock finding." He could spend hours searching, always hoping to uncover another hidden treasure.
Keith was known for saying, "I'm not afraid of the dark—just what's in the dark." Because of that, he always had a flashlight with him wherever he went. It was just one of the many things that made him uniquely Keith.
Above all else, Keith loved his children more than anything in the world. They were his greatest pride and joy, and his love for them was unconditional.
Keith's generous heart, hardworking spirit, unforgettable stories, and willingness to help anyone in need will forever be remembered. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and everyone whose lives he touched. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and never forgotten.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Knight; one child, baby Knight; grandparents, Helen and Malcolm Knight and Arthur and Winnie Smith.
Left to forever cherish Keith's memory, his wife, Racinda Knight; father, Willis Knight (Marilyn); six children, Morgan, Kodi, Maverick, Kaselynn, Kalvin and Kash Knight; one sister, Kelly Barnett (Brandon); one brother, Aaron Knight; two nieces, Kiah Knight and Zoey Stuart and three nephews, Nathaniel Bennett (Macara), Colton Barnett and Ben Knight.
Family and friends are invited to attend Keith's visitation on Tuesday, July, 7, 2026 at White Funeral Home, 315 Hwy 11 South, Poplarville, Mississippi from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 2:00 pm at White Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery, Poplarville, Mississippi.
