Lora Ann Kirkland

She was born December 27, 1940. Ms. Lora was a retired teller with BankPlus and a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harl and Lurie Henley Penton; her husband of 59 years, C.B. Kirkland; one daughter, Melanie Ruth Herndon; and two siblings, Virginia Williams and Tommy Lane Penton.

Family members include one son, Bill Kirkland and his wife Betty Jo; grandchildren, Jess (Bonnie) Herndon, Will Kirkland, Brittany (Ethan) Johnson, Megan (Jon Marc) Raborn, Katie (Cole) Barlow; ane one great granddaughter, Paisley Raborn.

Memorial services will be held at her residence, 127 Smith and Peters Road, Poplarville, MS, 39470 on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at 2:00 pm.
