Malcolm Rouse Jr.

Mr. Rouse was born October 26, 1961 in Picayune, Mississippi to Malcolm Rouse, Sr. and Barbara Strickland Rouse. He was rural letter carrier with the US Postal Service with 29 years of service and a member of the Picayune Church of the Lord Jesus Christ where he served as a worship leader and musician for over 33 years.

He is preceded in death by his father, Malcolm Rouse, Sr., and his wife, Beatrice Williamson Rouse.

Survivors include his three children, Scott (Kayla) Rouse, Ryan Rouse, Clay (Erica) Rouse; his mother, Barbara Rouse; three siblings, Gary Rouse, Marilyn (Lavone) Lee, Kathy (Bobby) Harrell; grandchildren, Blayke Rouse, Brenden Rouse, Brooke Rouse, McKenna Rouse, Brantley Rouse, Tucker Rouse, Karlee Rouse, Kruze Rouse; and one great granddaughter, Blakeleigh Rouse.

Funeral services will be held at Picayune Church of the Lord Jesus Christ (1700 Goodyear Blvd, Picayune, MS, 39466) on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in Burgetown Cemetery. Visitation will be at Apostolic Tabernacle of Refuge (713 Old Kiln Road, Picayune, MS, 39466) on Monday, October 31, 2022 after 6:00 p.m.
