Maureen Ann "Moey" Youngblood

Maureen Ann "Moey" Youngblood, 72, of Poplarville, MS (formerly of Chalmette, LA) passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at her residence, surrounded by her loved ones. Ms. Youngblood was born February 19, 1948 in New Orleans, a daughter of Peter Raymond Youngblood, Jr. and Thedosia Brosette Youngblood. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Peter Raymond Youngblood, III and Patrick Youngblood. Family members include one sister, Elizabeth Canik; two nieces, Chemin (Kenny) Pitre, Sera Canik; three nephews, Adam Canik, Peter Raymond Youngblood, IV, Matthew (Brooke) Pitre; one great niece, Sadie Pitre; two great nephews, Peter Raymond Youngblood, V and Joshua Youngblood. Private services will be held at a later date.
