Services are 2:00 pm, Friday, August 1, 2014 at WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville. Burial will follow in Poplarville City Cemetery. Mrs. Rogers was born March 8, 1916 in Drumright, OK and was a retired fountain clerk with K-Mart.
Family members include her sister-in-law, Maider Ray Gipson of Poplarville; caregivers, Nell Wallace Hickman, Irene Brown, Jennifer Wallace; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lew and Edith Murella Hoover English; husband, Benson Larue Rogers; three siblings, Wanda Blackwell, Edgar English, and Deloan English.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
