Phyllis Diann Fortner High

Memorial services will be 2:00 pm Saturday December 18, 2010 at Victory Temple Church of God, Poplarville for Mrs. Phyllis Diann High, 64, of Poplarville, Mississippi who died Monday December 13, 2010 in the Pearl River County Hospital. Reverend Michael Brown will officiate at the service.

A native of Chester, Illinois she was born June 21, 1946 to Everette and Flora Mae Perkins Fortner. She was a homemaker.

Surivovrs include her husband, Mr. Bobby High of Poplarville, MS; her mother, Mrs. Flora Mae Neatherlin and her husband Ray of Lebanon, OR; two sons, Clayton York, Jr. and Phllip York, Sr, of Poplarville, MS; three daughters, Earlane Cookmeyer and her husband Joseph Bernard, Arlette Faye Gomes, and Tina Mae Allen, all of Poplarville, MS; three brothers, Monty Fortner of High Falls, GA, Rick Fortner, and Don Fortner; three sisters, Brenda Fortner of Dallas, TX, Penny Fortner of Stockton, CA, and Fern Fortner; one nephew, Devin High of Poplarville, MS; three step sons, Matthew Allen High of Bay St. Louis, MS, Shane Neal High of Texas, and Jacob Allen High of Michigan; sixteen grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
