Mrs. Terrell was preceded in death by her husband, William Paul Lewis; and parents, Raymond Kenneth May and Velma Ann Stephens May. Her memory will be forever cherished by her daughters, Jessyka Ann Barnes, and Della Lewis; sons, Thor Barnes, William Lewis, and Thomas Lewis. She will also be remembered by several siblings and six grandchildren.
Private services will be held.
