Woodie was born January 22, 1942 in Manchester, Tennessee to Hazel Baltimore and Willis Baltimore.

Woodie is survived by; son Woodie Alan (Dena) Baltimore; and daughter Shelly Leigh Hudson; brother Wilburn Baltimore, sister Mary Robertson, sister Marie Tate, sister Mildred Hardy, sister Jewel Smith and brother Randall Baltimore, grandchildren, Linda Whitchurch, Laura Baltimore, Heather Cooper, Ashleigh Carroll, Christi Wood, Timothy Wood, Nicolas Hudson; eleven great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

Woodie was preceded in death by his wife Betty Baltimore; daughter Kelly Wood; father Willis Baltimore and mother Hazel Baltimore; brother Waymon Baltimore and brother Winfred Baltimore; great grandchild Danae Shannon, and great grandchild Alma Shannon.
