Predeceased by his parents William and Margaret and his brother Bill. Survived by loving partner Rhoda; children Shannon (Adam), Maureen (Chad), Michael and Liam; grandchildren Austin, Carson, Gavin, Bella, Anna and Reigna; sister in law Daphne; cousins Carol (Doug), and Alan (Sam).
Born in Quebec, Art found very early in life that music was his passion and he was particularly fond of the Beatles. Was great friends with the guys from April Wine. In the course of living in Montreal, Kelowna and Ontario he owned and operated 3 music stores,
