Arrangements under the direction of Chapel of Memories Funeral Directors, Port Alberni, BC. Thomas; Bernice Evelyn passed away peacefully in Echo Village on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at 79 years of age.
She is survived by her husband Ben, children: Clarence (Cathy Davison) and Bonnie Green (Brian); grandchildren: Jamie Pickett, Lena Young (Ian), Nick Green (Chelsye) and Laura Green; great grandchildren: Dylan, Natalie, Payton and Nathan as well as brother Clifford Fisher (Irene) and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at the Chapel Of Memories Funeral Home, 4005 6th Avenue with cremation to follow.
