Donna Joan Peffers

Donna is survived by her loving husband Cecil; children, Brad (Christine), Sherrill (Dave) and Allan (Nora); daughter-in-law Jay; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews, cousins and one aunt.

Donna was predeceased by son Lorne; parents Margaret and Joe and sister Anne.

Raised in Alberta, Donna moved to Port Alberni in 1956. She met and married Cecil in 1957 and they made their lives in the Valley. Donna worked for Woodward's for over 20 years and when she wasn't working she was raising her family of which she was very proud. She enjoyed the good times while fishing, camping and walking the beach down the canal at the float cabin and exploring the Broken Group Islands. One of her favourite things was taking pictures of the water bombers every time they went past the house at the lake.

According to Donna's wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
