Emilio Fiorilli

He is survived by his beloved wife Maria, son Antonio (Roberta Peters), grandchildren: Sheena, Antonio Jr. and Niko Fiorilli, great grandchildren: Mckyla and Luca Fiorilli, sister Laura DiRocco (Benidetto), brother Guiseppe Fiorilli (Maria), nieces and nephews: John DiRocco (Rose), Angela Mee (Glen), Mario DiRocco (Tina), Paula Fiorilli (Mike Schan) and John Fiorilli as well as other relatives and friends.

Emilio had a heart of gold and was well like by all who knew him. Born in San Massimo, Italy, he moved to Port Alberni as a young man and it was here that he raised his family and worked at the Plywood Mill until his retirement.

A visitation will take place between 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at the Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, 4005-6th Avenue. Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 am on Friday, December 17th at Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church, 4731 Burke Rd., with Father Stephen Paine officiating. Interment to follow in the Alberni Valley Memorial Gardens.
