Predeceased by George and Betty, father-in-law Doug, Flo is survived by loving husband Ken; children Mandy (Jarrod) and Wade (Samantha); grandchildren, Braydon, Austin, Kendra, Preston and Bayleigh; mother Ellen and Mother in law Bubbles; siblings Gina, Ed (Therese), Greg (Glenda), Rod (Jackie), Vivian (Dean), Darrell (Mel), Cindy (Mike); extended family Tracy as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Flo arrived in Ucluelet with Ken in the mid 70’s. In the beginning she was a stay at home Mom looking after her children. After a little while, with Ken in camp she started a cleaning business that soon became one of the biggest commercial and household cleaning businesses in the area. She loved spending time with family and her grandchildren as well as gardening and playing scrabble.
A Celebration of Flo’s life will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the UAC Hall.
