An ocean and a continent crossed for opportunity and to raise a family. I will remember Francine’s kindness, love of card games and knitting, and her direct approach to matters. Well wishes to all of Francine’s children, extended family and friends. I look forward to a time when we can share memories in person again. Take care and be kind.

We remember aunt Francine as a kind person. When she stayed in Belgium a couple of years ago, she told us about her children full of love and other stories about leaving Belgium and building a life in Canada.
We wish you all a lot of strength and we know she will always have a place in your hearts, also in ours.
Kind greetings from
Nele and Mario (daughter and friend)

Rudy, Kelly, Taylor & Nicholas,
I was sorry to learn of Francine's passing. I always feel that losing a Mom is one of those times in our life that might be one of our largest hurdles, and possibly also, the most difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, I did not have the pleasure of meeting Francine, but I feel that I did know her vicariously through Kelly's wonderful stories of your Mom. I know that you have a great support system, but if there is anything that I can do personally, I would be very happy to.
Love and Best Wishes,
Marilyn Madsen (And MoReY, too)
