We are saddened to announce the passing of a dear brother, James (Jamie) Kenneth McIntyre. Jamie passed away peacefully with family by his side, during the short stay at Ty Watson House in Port Alberni.
During his last days, Jamie was able to say goodbye to his many friends and loved ones.
Jamie is survived by his 2 sisters and 6 brothers as well as a niece and several nephews. Kathleen (Bernard) Perron, Jean Brock, Ian McIntyre, Henry (Maureen) Somers, Bruce (Beverly) Somers, Rory (Shelley) McIntyre, Neil (Marina) McIntyre and Adelbert Smith.
Jamie spent his entire working career with the City of Port Alberni and in his leisure time, enjoyed providing the music for many special occasions.
Jamie was loved by many and will be dearly missed. Gone but never forgotten. Jamie will be forever in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday August 9th, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Beaver Creek Community Hall, located near the entrance to Stamp Falls.
