Leaving his parents Wilma Gus and Nelson Keitlah Jr.
His sister and brothers, Patricia, Nelson, Aaron and Jonathon.
His girlfriend, Velma Telek, her children and grandchildren.
And aunties, uncles, many nieces and nephews and many dear cousins and friends.
Funeral Services will be held May 15th 10:00 a.m at the Chapel of Memories, Sixth Avenue, Port Alberni with Minister Rick Lindholm officiating.
Internment at Tseshaht Cemetery
Luncheon will be announced at the service.
