Therese Marie Dore

Born in Laventure, Saskatchewan, grew up in Big River Saskatchewan, attended girl’s school/convent in Prud'homme Saskatchewan, moved to Port Alberni in 1948 at the age of 16.

Predeceased by; 1st Husband Arthur Dore 2001 and 2nd Husband Joe Dol April 2016 and Sister Rose Sweeney May 2025, Sister-in-Law Patricia Tremblay April 4, 2023, Stepson Aaron Dol January 25, 2010.

Survived by her brother Lionel Tremblay, sons -Denis (Sandy) Dore, Paul (Shannon) Dore and Garry (Leanne) Dore.

Grandchildren: Clay (Kandus) Dore, Cara (Robert) Nelson, Adam (Raiann) Dore, Luke (Sarah) Dore, Lindsay (Aaron) Waldon. Aaryl Dol, Nikita Dol and Kylla (Paul) Dol.

Great Great Grandchildren Jin & Winter.

Terri was loyal and hardworking, she worked for BC Telephone, retired just short of 40 years. Volunteered at Notre Dame Church then took on the office manager and retired after her 85th Birthday. Played softball and bowling. Volunteered for minor hockey, crisis Line- Meals on Wheels- Poppy campaigned @ the Legion.

Funeral services will be held at the Notre Dame Church- July 25, 2026, at 11:00am.

Cremation has happened and interment will be at the St. Peter's Cemetery- family only.
